This name has been given to the cutting adjacent to the dual carriage way in Thirlmere. Five short routes were climbed here in 1992. The crag is unappealing and so close to a major highway that anyone climbing on it could easily be the cause of a serious road accident. The routes have not been described in the hope that they will sink into the obscurity they deserve. There must be far better places to climb than this.
