p4: Dedication should be to Theo (or RST) not Roger Chorley.
p4: Photo Caption for Front Cover: Whitely should be spelt Whiteley.
p59: Bilberry Buttress fa should be Rolland not Rowland.
p98: Photo Caption: grade should be E1-, not HVS+
p132: The diagram is wrong; see the Dow Guide section for a correction
p238: First ascent details of Kern Knotts Crack. Bowden should be Bowen.
p264: Grooved Wall and Tapestry are in the wrong order.
p272, 273, 275, 276: All references to West Face Traverse should read West Wall Traverse.

p279: Vandal Pitch 2: Where it says "passing a large overhang on the left" this should read "climbing out to the right of a large overhang".

p336: The Cleft Direct: First ascent details should say R Clegg (Roger), not S Clegg (Steve).
p448: Near the bottom of the page - there is a distance quoted in miles (3 miles). This should read 5km. Is this the only imperial distance in the guide?
p470: Head End is quoted as being noted on pg. 467 - the only area on pg. 467 is Carrock Fell - the note, "For access see page 467." should be moved to the "Carrock fell" section higher on page 470, The grid ref for Head End should be NY 249 408 (not 249 480).
