In answer to your question on the location of Bull Crag, no, its not the same as Tortiose Crag:
Tortoise is a little to the south on the path on the way up. I'm glad that climbs have been done on these faces, as I have taken a peek myself with a view to doing something. I would be keen on seeing the details.
Nothing like as nice rock as the rock on Goat Crag, though.
