Lord’s Rake Rockfall

The large dubious pinnacle near the junction of Lord’s Rake and West Wall Traverse has finally succumbed to gravity. The West Wall Traverse is a popular descent route from the climbs on Scafell Crag. There is a lot of loose debris around and below the fall site with the prospect of further rockfall. Might be a good place to avoid for a bit. If you must go that way be careful.
