A chain has been installed closing free access to the car park at Waters Cottage.

There is a lock on the chain which can be opened using the standard members master key for all huts.

The chain and installation are intended to define and confirm the ownership by FRCC. It is deliberately light because it would otherwise cause many members problems in closing it.

The chain should be put in place and locked by anyone who is taking a car into or out of the car park.

Kindred members will be given access by a key contained in the key box hanging on the chain. The number for the box, which will be the same as that for the box adjacent to the front door, will be changed at the discretion of the warden and given out appropriately when kindred and non-kindred members book.

If anyone asks you to let them park ask them to contact the Warden for the key box code or identify themselves”
