The meet is based at Ronnan Cottage at Aultbea, which is owned by the Ladies Scottish Climbing Club. This is a good base for the Gairloch to Dundonnell area, with a wealth of accessible rock climbing (trad and sport) in the area as well as walking, with the likes of An Teallach, Beinn Ghoblach, Slioch, Torridon etc. as well as coastal walks all accessible. The area is mainly covered by OS Landranger map 19.

Accommodation at the hut is limited to 8 places and there are no facilities for camping or campervans there. Cost for week £672 for 8 people – £84 each. 8 places allocated on a first come, first served basis. With limited accommodation it would be good, depending on numbers, for those with campervans or happy to camp to consider staying at a nearby site. and there are campsites nearby taking tents, motor homes and caravans – Gruinard Bay (nearest to Aultbea); Mellow Udrigle (Motorhomes only); Inverewe Gardens (Poolewe) and Gairloch Holiday Park. There is also other accommodation (hotels, AirBnB etc.) available online.
