| Approach: | Park off road at the foot of Hardknott Pass near the bridleway leading north into Moasdale. Take the bridleway north for 1km, then follow a faint path eastwards. Cross the plantation and beck using the two stiles and stepping stones. Continue very steeply up a trod to Little Stand Summit Crag. Contour northwards, crossing the col, then drop down and round to the right (north east) to the base of the crag. Alternatively, approach following Stonesty Gill, then head south east to reach the crag. |

This remote dome shaped crag, overlooking Stonesty Gill, is situated below and north-west of the summit of Little Stand (740m) The crag has two distinct buttresses, 30m high, separated by a chossy vegetated gully. Descent is to the left or right, or by abseil from the top of Rolling Stone. The crag is described on p 274 Duddon & Wrynose.
