Good climbing with a choice exits that seeks out the slab on the left of the buttress.
Start left of a multi-stemed oak tree in the centre of the buttress. Pass the tree on the left then a holly on the right to gain twin cracks. Ascend the cracks and wall above moving left to the arete. Move up and left to a horizontal hand traverse crossing a groove to the slab. A diagonally traverse leads up to finish via a vertical crack, or alternatively a direct finish passing left of a small holly tree (5a).
