First Easter meet at Brackenclose since the Great Fire!   3 night meet – Fri 7th, Sat 8th and Sun 9th – can book more or less as you wish and booking is via the website as normal. Some of you will remember the good old days when, with the usual great crowd, we ran Brackenclose Easter meet over several years enduring rain, sun, snowdrifts, wind, more rain and anything else Cumbrian weather threw at us.

If you haven’t been to Brackenclose since the rebuild, come at Easter and be awed by the luxury!  Plus the traditional attempt at a first BBQ of the year.  Yes, we still had that at the displaced Birkness Easter meet last year ably organised as a ‘bring and share’ by Claire Trenaman – anyone fancy volunteering this year?

Conventional meet, not catered, themed or an ‘E’(entertainment) meet, but great if you bring Easter treats, quiz, games etc to share.
