Following the retirement of Anne Daykin, we need a volunteer to deal with selling bed spaces in our huts at times when they would otherwise be unused.

The HPT leader works with wardens, and meets and huts secretaries, as part of the huts group and liaises primarily with non-kindred clubs but also guides kindred and our own members to spaces available for groups. The record keeping involves a small number of spreadsheets without using the functionality inherent in a spreadsheet, and communication is by email. The role is undergoing some changes currently because of decisions made by the Huts Sub Committee and the pending transfer of bookings to a new system.
