The striking arête on the butter situated a couple of hundred metres right of Red Dwarf (Eastern Crag Guide page 120). There is an obvious downward pointing spike (The Fang) on the arête. Start from the block under The Fang.
Climb the arête solely on its right-hand side passing twin pegs with difficulty to reach a relative easing and runners (left of the arête) sustained interest above leads to a final, but thankfully protected move.
