Why do members need to have FRCC news duplicated ?
I think this is the third notification about changes to the banner headline.

I think that enews is intended to be a ‘push’ communication to your email box, whereas the information on the website obviously requires you to make a conscious decision to look at the website, and to log on as a member. You say that you have received a third notification as well?
